“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“Eddie and his team were exceptional from start to finish. He provided us with great advice and guidance on the complete rennovation of our kitchen. Eddie is detail oriented and provided a comprehensive and transparent quote and was honest, forthright and fair in all of our dealings with him related to the project and its costs. Eddie is an excellent communicator and provided us with routine undates on the status of the project and took responsibility for every detail of the project. They finished our rennovation ahead of schedule and the workmenship was truly first-rate. We are extremely pleased with the results of his work. Eddie's crew was always friendly and respectful, kept the work-site clean and made every effort to ensure this major rennovation project was as minimally disruptive to our busy family life as possible. “Mitchell and his team at Fineline Construction built us the home of our dreams. We spent years coming up with the perfect design for our family and they made it all a reality. Mitchell was super responsive to each and every question we had along the way and helped us make some very important decisions about our home. He always had our best interests in mind and made us feel like our home was the only project he was working on (when I know there were plenty of others he was also managing). We stayed on budget and our home was completed on time. Even after we moved in, I have always felt like we could reach out to him with questions or advice. Building a custom home was stressful - but Mitch and his entire team took a lot of the worry out of it for us. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were unlike any other and because of that, there is no other contractor we would ever trust more.”

“We have been very pleased with the addition/ kitchen remodel Distinctive Design/Build/Remodel completed for us. We outgrew our previous kitchen space and I had been frustrated with many aspects of the kitchen design. Vince and Erin listened to the challenges we had in our old space and came up with a design that has worked out as we had hoped for our new space. I love my kitchen again and we really enjoy our additional sunroom and mudroom space. The flow and ample storage areas work out well for our large family. All of the team, including subcontractors, were polite and safety conscious which was important with 4 children from 4 to 12 around the home. We were kept up to date regarding progress and all concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The remodel took a little bit longer than expected, and we were a little naive about the energy it took to move items within our house and live with upheaval for a time, however the results were well worth it!!!”

“David did an excellent job on house renovation, complete first floor including kitchen, and partial second floor. He managed the difference crafts and worked with our designer to ensure everything was done correctly. Very easy to get in contact with during the project as issues developed and followed through with all 1 year warranty issues. Very friendly and honest. Will use him again on future projects and would recommend him.”

“We worked with Advanced Renovations on a complicated kitchen remodel, that demanded the talents and skill set that can only be found in a company as professional as Advanced Renovations. Duane Johns and Roger Ketchum of Advanced Renovations made this complicated project a breeze for the homeowners and the subcontractors alike. This is no easy task, and signifies the level of professionalism that is not easily found. Their knowledge of their profession is remarkable. I would not only enjoy working with them in the future, but I would hire them myself. Being in the business I get to see it all, but never have I seen a company that goes to the level that Advanced Renovations will. That go the distance and then some. Bravo Advanced Renovations!”
