“We have worked with Rustic Touch on and off for 7 years, and have engaged them to design and build two large homes as well as a renovation to another. You often hear dreadful stories about the relationship between builders and clients. Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. They are both very talented in design and build and it is because of them that we have a house that we absolutely love. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“I run a small printing business in Pymble and in September 2016 found I needed to vacate my existing premises and be completely moved by the end of October. As you could imagine, this was a very busy and stressful time with a huge amount to organise. The first and most important thing I needed to know was where am I going to move and is it going to be a suitable facility for my equipment. On very short notice, Jordan came to my proposed new site and was able to answer all my questions and solve the problems we had on our initial walk through. Within two days he had prepared a detailed and complete quote for the works needed to renovate the premises into the space I needed to operate my business. Being forced into a situation with very limited time, Jordan was amazingly accommodating to fit me into his schedule and completed all the works within the deadlines and budget he had quoted. To make this happen Jordan worked long hours and on weekends to get the job done. He had a fantastic team of trades that backed him up who were all a pleasure to deal with. In the end, the job was finished a few days ahead of time and the workmanship and finishes were all exceptional. Two years on, I still get customers coming through my door and commenting on how great the shop looks which is a ringing endorsement of the impressive work Jordan has done for me and my business. I have included some (amateur) photos that were taken before, during and after the renovation works. The site was transformed from a boxed in maze to an open and functional space to for us to work in. I would recommend Jordan as he is an exceptional builder and know who my first call will be to next time I need any building or carpentry done at my business or home. “We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“Joumana Moore receives a five star review from us and it is thoroughly deserved. Joumana has provided us with a total service including planning, design, building expertise, contact to suppliers, project management and has also covered off all of the little painful jobs that go with a renovation. Joumana has always kept our budget requirements in the front of her mind and has given us every opportunity to make decisions based around our budget while also making sure we get the design we have always wanted with a high standard finish. Joumana has been very flexible where we have made changes and provided excellent advice about how to proceed and the relative cost of things. Joumana is assisted by an excellent team of professionals that help co-ordinate the renovation. Our build is on schedule and on budget and we are very grateful that Joumana has lead the project and made life so much easier for us. We still have our sanity, the build and finish we wanted and its on budget – we are very very happy with Joumana’s service and would highly recommend her to others taking on a renovation journey.”

“The team at Blue Frog Studio were fantastic. We had a small bathroom and laundry area that hadn’t been touched since the 80s and were in urgent need of an overhaul. Blue Frog Studio was able to come up with a clever design that made smart use of the space and transformed them into modern looking masterpieces. They also helped us with colour and tile selections, custom cabinetry, bench tops and fittings. It’s hard to believe that it’s the same place!! Job was completed on time and in budget Thanks team - amazing!”
