“My wife and I selected Michael Nash from among five separate bids for a considerable renovation and expansion of our home. Michael Nash was the second lowest bidder, but our confidence in Sonny Nazemin’s eye for design and considerable number of award-winning designs was crucial in our initial selection. We have a grand house in Reston built in the late 1960s. It has solid bones but really needed a whole house renovation. We also needed more space to house our extended family. Our project consisted of a new two-car garage, siding, roofing and a totally new floor consisting of a master suite and bathroom. From the start of the project I was impressed with the one price upfront to complete the project. Sonny navigated our plans through the difficult process of approval by our local Design Review Board. His personal attention and negotiation with the board led to the rapid approval of our project. Follow on work for our front porch and driveway was reasonably priced. When we requested a re-design of the ceilings for the master suite, Sonny spared no expense hiring several architects to arrive at the design we desired. His vision throughout the project ensured its success. ******************* EXTRA FOLLOW-ON WORK COMPLETED jANUARY 25, 2014 *********************** We gave Michael Nash extra follow-on work with our kitchen because we were so pleased with how our Master Suite and other work turned out. We told Sonny that we had a limited budget but wanted to get as much of the kitchen done as possible. He suggested that we keep our old cabinets and redo everything else. Sonny has a great eye for design and suggested that we take out some cabinets to open up the room. He helped us with color choices that made the kitchen modern and bright. They replaced the oven, the hood, the induction cooktop, the counter, the floor, the sink, repaired and replaced doors, painted the room and put in a new lighting system with ten canned lights. Michael Nash kept to a timetable except for the hood at the end, which was really unavoidable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and recommend Michael Nash to our neighbors and friends.”

“We inherited a 1970's "avocado green" galley kitchen. We did the best we could with simple homeowner improvements (replaced appliances, etc) but finally had to do a remodel. After interviewing several design/build firm, with went with Anthony Wilder. They created a design within our budget, and made some important safety upgrades that previous contractors had done incorrectly. We took out an interior wall and bumped out the back wall. We bought new high-end applicances, custom cabinets and installed hardwood floors. We also added a lovely back patio. The AWDB employees supervised every step of the remodel and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We love our new kitchen! It's been over 2 years and we still get compliments on its design and its beauty. Best of all, the total design and craftsmanship has greatly increased the value of our home.”

“As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering. I had a fantastic experience working with Kurt and I can honestly say, I don’t know anyone who talks about their contractor like I do.”

“MPS has done several projects for me and I have been 100% satisfied every time. I recently bought a house where an entry way closet was missing. MPS helped me solve this problem by installing a beautiful coat closet that blended seamlessly with the existing colonial style of the house. MPS also built me a beautiful custom bookshelf along the empty wall of my family room which added so much warmth to the living area. I absolutely love the fine cabinetry work and attention to detail. I also had a minor flooding incident and they were able to repair and paint the areas where the drywall was damaged, leaving the area completely restored. I highly recommend MPS to anyone who needs home improvement work - high quality craftsmanship and amazing communication.”

“The crew from Chevy Chase Remodeling did an excellent job replacing my damaged kitchen ceiling, cabinets and countertops. The crew was dependable, professional and courteous. They made adjustments for small space misalignments that had not been foreseen, followed through on punch list items and kept costs within the exact range of original quotes. “95 Custom Construction renovated my downstairs, kitchen, upstairs, front and back porch and upper deck and will be using them again when I am ready to have my basement renovated. I simply enjoyed working with Mr. Stephen Alves and his workers on this project. They made the work completely stress free, and worked around my pet's schedule. I did not have to send them to one of my family members home while they worked; and even they enjoyed having them around! They did a phenomenal job on my home and I am overjoyed with happiness at the completed project! I did not have any idea of how I wanted my kitchen or bathroom designed and just talking with Mr. Alves a few moments, he was able to give me design ideas for both and it turned out great. He knew exactly what my personality was and what design I would like and dislike. The workers were very respectful and at the end of the day, they ensured everything they moved out of place was put back in place or placed somewhere my pets couldn't get to. 95 Custom Construction was a blessing to me!!”
