“J & R Construction just finished a second project for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt in responding to my request for a quote. When I agreed to have them do the work, I was scheduled quickly and the work was completed perfectly. Rafael always kept me informed about the work, and any changes he encountered. He returned calls immediately and was on-site, and working when he said he would be there. He was professional when he worked with my neighbor, he left my neighbor’s property in the condition or better than he found it. Every day after completing the work day, my property was cleaned and his equipment was neatly stored in my backyard. Scope of project: Remove black rock and install 73 sq. feet of pavers in the area where the rocks had been located. I would recommend J & R Construction without hesitation.”

“Myers and Myers did a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel. We asked a million questions and considered a number of different ideas during our "planning" phase, and Kevin provided us with great advice and guidance throughout. They clearly communicated the timeline, showed up on time every day, kept the job area clean, and handled curve balls with grace. The brothers have great working relationships with all their suppliers and sub-contactors, which goes a long way in the overall execution of a job. This was most evident when a major component of our project showed up damaged. Kevin worked to fix the situation and we were back on track within 3 working days. I would recommend Myers and Myers for any job big or small.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“HUG Construction did a fabulous job on our upstairs remodel (Living, Dining, Kitchen, Master Bedroom & Bath, Laundry) and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the Spokane, WA, vicinity. Josh and his team were able to take our ideas & thoughts and transform them into reality for us. And when we were stuck ourselves on what we wanted to do, both Josh and Titus were able to provide design help to get us through it, especially on the new fireplace and the custom designed stairwell railing. Every contractor and worker was professional and on time, the entire project was completed in less than 2 months, and it all came in at the budget we set originally for it. The scope of our project was fairly large, at least for us ... new tile flooring throughout, removed & re-laid wood flooring, heated sub-floor installed under the tiling in the master bath, existing cabinet re-facing & new cabinets added, new countertops & tile backsplash in kitchen and bathroom, new shower with glass enclosure, new lighting, new trim and new paint throughout. It feels like we have a brand new house now, and we absolutely love it!”
