“Walking into our newly renovated home for the first time was an emotional and awe-inspiring moment. The transformation exceeded our expectations. Each room seamlessly blended modern functionality with our personal style, creating a cohesive and harmonious living space. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, showcasing the passion and dedication invested by the entire team. Jamie and his crew replaced all of our interior doors and all of the moldings in the entire house, including adding crown molding to our dining room. In addition to extensive drywall repairs and work, they also took down a half wall that separated our kitchen from our family room and it opened everything up. They installed recessed lighting in our living room, kitchen, and upstairs hallway, and they installed ceiling fans in our family room and all 4 bedrooms. Jamie and Jacob were extremely helpful and insightful in helping select all of the paint colors for all the rooms they painted (the entire house except the main and master bathrooms because those are being remodeled in the spring). In the Spring of 2024, I am looking forward to them coming to remodel our master bathroom and main bathroom.”

“I recently had a house fire that took 70 % of the house. I chose Aaron , AC Rank construction to work with the myself , and the insurance company on the home rebuild. Aaron was very professional and focused on my needs as well as the process. The companies professionalism worked very well with the insurance company as well as securing several sub contractors of very high quality standards. The project moved along smoothly and on time. I am enjoying my completed house to the fullest.”

“Jon is great! I met Jon in 2016 when I was looking for a contractor for a gut renovation of a brownstone. This was my first major rehab of this kind and Jon was invaluable with advice and referrals for everything from architects to a guy to restore the original doors and stairs. Jon even took the time to shop with me for things I needed to choose but knew little about like recessed lights and pocket door hardware. Jon is the rare contractor with integrity who you can count on and will be sure to finish your job the right way. I strongly recommend him.”

“We hired Brown Lion to remodel our home to make space for a mud room/laundry area and expand our pantry. This involved moving a wall, relocating duct work and pipes, adding plumbing for a sink, and building mud room bench & shelving. Ron & Tim were easy to work with and kept our list of decisions to be made and options very clear. The crew who performed the work were very personable, trustworthy and took great pride in their work. It was a pleasure having them in our home with our young children during the course of the project. The new space came out wonderfully.”
