“Max Peterson (Smith & Sons Remodeling Experts), was called in to complete a couple of challenging renovation projects at Klub Kal. The first task was to design and build a sound barrier around a hydro transformer kiosk. I was so satisfied with this job that I brought Max back to take his best shot at another design and construction challenge. My next requests were to complete a few finishing touches at my lakeside cabin, as well as complete an unfinished, rustic outdoor bathroom. Max approached the partially completed bathroom with a creative mind and was able to bring my vision to reality. The jobs were completed on time, on budget, with quality workmanship and all the while maintaining the creative design intent. The renovation projects were finished beyond my expectations. Max was great to work with and I would recommend him for construction jobs in the future.”

“Homeward Bound was excellent to work with and I would recommend to anyone looking to remodel their home. Jason is open minded and a skilled solution oriented which is key when you are trying to meet a budget or do something creative. The most important point was that projects were completed on budget, or if a problem was identified and scope needed to increase or be changed, they discussed additional costs BEFORE they did the work...i.e. no extra billing after the fact. The work quality is great and value excellent. They clean up at the end of each day and are a pleasure to be around, which is an important (and often missed point) when doing a large renovation that could take many months to a year of daily interactions.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Jody Charlton on a recent home renovation project in the East Kootenay's. She was extremely organized and professional with tons of great ideas. Jody was always easy to reach if our designer or installation team had any questions. The project centered around a lake front cabin home that was renovated and expanded. Jody came to us with very detailed ideas and our design team worked very hard to make each one come to life. We provided a beautiful and functional custom kitchen with a walk in pantry. We designed a custom mud room entrance with butcher block benches. Some of our favorite pieces were the furniture-like custom bathroom vanities made out of solid wood. We highly recommend Jody Charlton and her services to anyone and look forward to future projects with her!”
