“As the owner of Chapman Built Luke was very much on deck and in-tune every step of the way for our major renovation which included a small extension. His attention to detail is extraordinary and we are very happy with the finish. Nothing was too much trouble and our ideas and concerns were always listened to. Luke proposed some cost saving and design changes from the architects drawings which was much appreciated. Carpenters Adam and Dave were outstanding, very respectful and fun. They were excellent problem solvers and totally reliable. Ours was a 5 month build which finished on time. Even now our home is finished Luke has assisted us with a few minor issues. Our satisfaction with the work is obviously important to him. This was the first time we had done anything like this and we would recommend Luke and his team to anyone else contemplating either building a new home or doing a renovation.”

“Hi John, We wanted to put on paper just how grateful we are for the outstanding extension you have made to our home. Every morning when we walk into our new kitchen we marvel at the end result. Our brief was to give light and open up a dark ground floor, extending the inside living out and the results have ticked ALL those boxes with exceptional attention to detail. The entire building process from initial planning right through to completion was professionally managed and ran without any major problems. Unexpected issues were dealt with, with due diligence. During all stages of construction, we knew that we could trust you to keep things running to plan with very clear communication. You took the time to give concise explanations along the way and made it clear how additional steps could be of benefit to us. You were readily available to us around the clock and showed great foresight of a reputable and experienced builder in planning, design and proficiency of your trade. From the outset the stages were clearly identified to us and indicative of the cost and scope of works. As Project Managers we admired the process and organisation, management and control you demonstrated in our project right through to compliance and certification. At days end the site was always complete and functional to a level for us to maintain being able to live on site throughout the process. Again, thank you for undertaking our extension. “Build Professional renovated our kitchen, living space and two bathrooms. The whole process ran smoothly due to pretty tight scheduling by Matthew and his team, and overall was a relatively low stress experience. Matthew is very personable and flexible, Anna his designer is creative, talented and lovely! The team of tradies and contractors were skilled and efficient. The quality of their work is high, with deadlines mostly being met on time. This is a very streamlined and professional outfit, who I would recommend to others considering a renovation project.”

The custom built cocktail and music unit reflects a very high degree of skill from the design process, carpentry and installation. Our new wood box is excellent and has transformed an out dated planter box into a functional yet elegant design feature.
