“I have used this company several times from 2012 through 2017. They have done extensive work for my homes including: installing an entire floor with new wood flooring, replacing/repainting siding on my townhouse, complete bathroom renovation, roof repair/inspection, painting, several small plumbing jobs, and some small electrical repairs/upgrades. I highly recommend this company as they have a very high integrity and conscientiousness towards every job they do, both large and small.”

“I called 3 different contractors . Byrum responded in 48 hours and had estimate 48 hrs later. All work was done professionally on time and without any headaches.. It was our families dream to have bonus room added over our garage and Byrum made that dream come true. Couldn't ask for anything better..Highly recommend for any he improvement as we will surely use again in future!!!”

“Mitchell and his team at Fineline Construction built us the home of our dreams. We spent years coming up with the perfect design for our family and they made it all a reality. Mitchell was super responsive to each and every question we had along the way and helped us make some very important decisions about our home. He always had our best interests in mind and made us feel like our home was the only project he was working on (when I know there were plenty of others he was also managing). We stayed on budget and our home was completed on time. Even after we moved in, I have always felt like we could reach out to him with questions or advice. Building a custom home was stressful - but Mitch and his entire team took a lot of the worry out of it for us. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were unlike any other and because of that, there is no other contractor we would ever trust more.”

“Eddie and his team were exceptional from start to finish. He provided us with great advice and guidance on the complete rennovation of our kitchen. Eddie is detail oriented and provided a comprehensive and transparent quote and was honest, forthright and fair in all of our dealings with him related to the project and its costs. Eddie is an excellent communicator and provided us with routine undates on the status of the project and took responsibility for every detail of the project. They finished our rennovation ahead of schedule and the workmenship was truly first-rate. We are extremely pleased with the results of his work. Eddie's crew was always friendly and respectful, kept the work-site clean and made every effort to ensure this major rennovation project was as minimally disruptive to our busy family life as possible. “We worked with Advanced Renovations on a complicated kitchen remodel, that demanded the talents and skill set that can only be found in a company as professional as Advanced Renovations. Duane Johns and Roger Ketchum of Advanced Renovations made this complicated project a breeze for the homeowners and the subcontractors alike. This is no easy task, and signifies the level of professionalism that is not easily found. Their knowledge of their profession is remarkable. I would not only enjoy working with them in the future, but I would hire them myself.
