“They did a tremendous job with the remodeling of our townhouse! Kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms! Also opened up an enclosed stairwell and in the kitchen removed a couple of walls to open it up to the living room! Kept me updated on everything as the project progressed and sent pictures! Really liked the personal phone call when a problem was encountered so we could discuss the situation and then determine the best solution! It was really nice to have someone who designed our vision of what we talked about and made it come to life, while I was over 500 miles away! I would highly recommend this contractor for your work, be it remodel or new construction! We are pleased and Thankful for the work that he did for us!”

“Bill and his crew where great to work with and always available when I needed to communicate with them. My job required more repair work that originally anticipated but Barber Homes replaced all the rotten wood so I will never have to worry about later issues. They made suggestions on my bath and living room remodel that where right in line with what I wanted and the finished product looks fantastic.”

“David McCay built our house on Lake Chatuge. He was totally involved from start to finish, from siting the house on the lot to handing us the key when finished. Not only was he engaged in every process, he directed many aspects of the building process. He was there everyday and was involved in decisions that affected design even though we had plans. David was never shy about giving an opinion that would improve the house. It was always very apparent that our house was his house in that it was a reflection of his work. We have since been able to tour other houses on the lake in similar price ranges and it is our opinion that none compare to this house.”

“Kristina and Jeff helped us update and furnish a newly purchased cabin and get it ready to go on the STR market. They did fantastic work and we are so happy with the cabin. They were on time and on budget. The cabin is now a very successful STR. We had to manage this project long distance and Kristina and Jeff are so dependable, trustworthy and willing to do whatever is necessary to successfully complete the project. I highly recommend this business and we will definitely use them again for any projects we have in the future.”

“Wanted to build our basement out so we contacted three local companies for estimates and quotes. “It was great working with Richard - he has unbounded enthusiasm for creating environmentally healthy homes which use as little on-grid energy as possible. His creative ideas regarding passive solar heating meshed right in with my less-educated desires. The end result is an Energy Star certified home with passive solar heating and active solar water heating .... and it looks good too!!!!”

“I have used Cove Creek Construction for two projects at my 30 year old mountain cottage. The largest involved shoring up the attached porch, requiring various metal devices at beam joists, jacking up the porch and installing a new post with base and cap under a beam joint. The second project involved cutting two trap doors for access to the septic system below the guest cabin behind the main structure. In every aspect of performing these projects, Mr.Farrell was punctual, prompt, professional and personable. My wife and I are highly satisfied with the services. William E. Rush, MD”
