“Aspen Ridge Builders recently installed a complete set of replacement windows in our home. Patrick was great to work with, and very accommodating with regards to scheduling and working out the finer details of the project. He squeezed us into a very busy late fall schedule, and made sure that we were taken care of before winter arrived, which was very much appreciated. The entire installation crew was courteous, timely, professional, cleanly, and most importantly, the work that they performed was all high quality. Patrick himself came out a few weeks after completion to tie up a few loose ends and ensure that we were pleased with the results. We have several more big projects planned for the coming years, and Aspen Ridge Builders will certainly be our first, and likely only call.”

“We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!! Jim has a gift of vision and artistry and he was able to marry the old structure and new together beautifully. We are constantly complimented on our property and we have Jim Parandes to thank for it. “We cannot overstate the benefit of finding Cobb Hill Construction - a team of professionals who make it their practice to go the extra mile. They came at the recommendation of our initial architect and began attending design meetings. When we opted to switch design firms, Cobb Hill kept working with us to get us a realistic price, before we moved forward. From pricing the project to using project planning to keep us on schedule and within budget, Cobb Hill made the difference in giving us a fantastic experience. They have been doing what they do a long time and their business is built on straight dealing and assigning the right man/or woman for the job. I'm a Project Management Professional and my husband is an Engineer, so we were expecting a lot, and Cobb Hill delivered. Their staff were courteous, neat, qualified and always ready to help when we had questions or concerns. We cannot say enough about this company and its ability to meet and exceed expectations. Highly recommend - you will want to have them over to celebrate when your project is completed - we did!”

“The Snow Brothers are very easy to work with. They are excellent builders, and will work within your budget. One of the most valuable traits is their honesty - they will give you their opinion on whether or not something will work or not in your environment - and have enough experience to offer alternatives that might be more appropriate. They are very responsive returning calls and emails promptly. Their work is neat and of the highest quality. Their subs are also very polite and very experienced. They also have great sense of humors which is necessary when building a new house!”

“Jim does beautiful work. He is reasonable, prompt and reliable. His son, who often works with him is such a nice guy..even our dogs loved him. He did a wonderful bathroom and kitchen remodeling for us and put down new wide pine floors in the bedrooms. He works closely with skilled plumbers and electricians and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good general contractor.”
