“Dave is an excellent craftsmen, and intelligent builder. He returns calls on time, texts daily, and his pricing and work contract are very transparent We originally needed a window replaced, but the project morphed into a much larger project because of carpenter ants. He ended up having to replace all the shingling on one side of our house. Dave was very honest and clear on how the project escalated, what new costs were and gave us different options for budget and solutions. He encouraged us to go with a bit higher quality in materials, and we are really thankful we did the job right. It was late January and he and his fellow builder showed up in 10 degree weather for a week. His coworker was a pleasure to chat with every day, With 3 children at home, it’s important to feel comfortable with workers and I fully trust Dave and his Team. He always was meticulous with clean up. My one suggestion would be to understand his payment plan. We gave him a down payment and then wrote fairly substantial checks weekly. I felt like I was not always prepared with money in the bank to cover that week’s installments. I would prefer one deposit down and final payment at end but this was our only issue. His knowledge and expertise were worth it,! We were very pleased with the end result and quality of work and highly recommend him!”

“Working with Derek, Lisa and their team on our new kitchen was an absolute pleasure. They were all creative, professional, courteous, super communicative and organized (and ensure that all their subcontractors were as well). Lisa and Derek both took a very collaborative approach to working with us - making it as low-stress as possible. They gave us great design options to choose from, presented us with ideas for materials that would never have occurred to us (but which look fantastic) and they were very flexible in terms of ensuring that they stayed under our budget constraints. The project finished on time, under budget and it looks AMAZING. We would recommend them to anyone for any project big or small, they already have our next one lined up. Our new kitchen is the heart of our home and has been life changing.”

“Dave is an exceptional designer and builder. His knowledge and execution of a plan are professional, accurate and completed with integrity. His talents as a designer and hands on builder are remarkable. His versatility in his abilities to design and build traditional homes as well as more modern-style homes of every size is impressive. I am convinced he can do anything! I found Dave to be patient, kind and trustworthy. He was always willing to hear design ideas and take things out of the box when I wanted to while keeping me within the box when I needed to.
