“We have had a total renovation over 2000 square-foot apartment down to the studs. FC L did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Since we were doing it remotely (we lived in New York City at the time )most of the communication was through email with a prompt response either that day or the next day. They had sent us updated reports on weekly basis. As everybody knows dealing with the condo board is not the easy but they have managed it somehow. But their professionalism did not end there. Now if we need them for something small they are here the same day or the next day . That gives us tremendous comfort knowing that we can call and someone if needed.
