I had another construction company renovate my place but ended up puncturing a drainage pipe inside the hall closet, without my knowledge. Several months later, I was already moved in only to discover it. I am so glad that Nate from DSP came to the rescue. They saved me from having to juggle multiple companies (mold remediation specialists, plumber, drywall) and did an outstanding job at a fraction of the cost. Not only was it done in a few hours, I had the peace of mind that it was done the right way the first time. I highly recommend DSP for any job- big or small, as the whole team takes care of your property like it's their own. “Carl Mattison Design is truly a full service design house. Carl met with my husband and I a few months prior to begining our kitchen and bath remodel project. He helped us to think through many different options for our space. He was very creative and came up with a design proposal which utilized our kitchen space in a way we had never considered. At first we were hesitant to make such a dramatic change in our almost 100 year old house, but ultimately we selected this design- dubbed "The Ultimate" and we could not be happier! We discussed budget with Carl at the onset of this project and he never lost sight of that parameter. When my husband and I decided to increase our budget, Carl was the one who keep us realistic and worked to help keep cost down. In a house as old as ours it's not surprising that quirks and problems arose. Carl never gave up on finding the most practical, budget friendly solution and was always available to meet when we needed him. He also made himself available to our contractor which made the process smoother when quick decisions or details were needed. Carl helped us to narrow down difficult choices for small and large decisions and always replied quickly when I problems arose. He is always on time and also fun to work with! I happily recommend Carl Mattison Design to all my friends and neighbors who have come to check out our new and beautiful space!”

“I don't imagine it happens very often when someone has zero complaints about their contractor. This is one such case. From day one, Virginia and Debbie of Level Craft have been responsive, attentive, and focused on our project. We've yet to experience any gaps between subs -- in fact, there have been only one or two days total when someone hasn't been at our house working, so we've enjoyed efficient, noticable progress each week. Virginia and Debbie know their stuff and, more importantly, know how to execute a beautiful build. Highly recommend!”

“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”
