“Replaced two windows. Installed new kitchen tile. Replaced stone flooring in front door entry way. Repaired damage caused by carpenter ants to one side of my house. Replaced roof on house. Replaced roof on storage shed and added gutter to it. Had him do work on my nephew's condo in Middletown, Ct where he installed new ceramic tile in the condo bathroom and replaced much of the floor molding., and replaced the threshold leading into kitchen. He has done much work for me. He is reasonable, on time, and has always provided value for the money I spent. I will always rely on Lee for any home repairs I need. All my dealings with him for myself and my nephew go back at least three years. The last (new roof) in June of 2015.”

This is a first class organization, providing professional consulting, timely estimates and quality work in every aspect of their business. They keep the customer in the loop and have never walked away from a project until it has been completed. We have had rooms and kitchens re-modeled, exterior restoration, foundation and sill repair, interior and exterior painting and numerous jobs where Rose Incorporated has brought in sub contractors for projects like roof repair, HVAC, chimney replacement and electrical work. All first class work. We will always go Rose Incorporated first, whatever the job.”

“MOST Builders & General Contracting provided an estimate that was in-line with other kitchen remodeling companies in the area. The project was to remove current cabinets and replace with new, using relatively the same footprint and to convert a coat closet to a dry bar, including the installation of a shelf for wine bottles and rack for glasses. MOST Builders custom built the new cabinets and installed them, worked with the countertop installer and plumber to coordinate demolition of old and installation of new. Very neat, cleaned up each day after working and removed debris from work site. I also hired them to replace old inside doors with new, including installation of new handles. I would hire them again for any other work needed in my house!”

“Taylor Bryan designed and built a major kitchen/half bath/mudroom renovation for our 1960's home. They were courteous, knowledgable, creative and wonderful to work with. They listened to our wants and needs and worked with us patiently to come to a design that satisfied both our wants in terms of space and our needs in term of a budget. They also were willing to help us envision a fourth bedroom addition that we will hopefully undertake in the near future. We needed to "see" the whole picture renovation before committing to the first-stage of the renovation and they were willing to do this with us. They also worked with us to figure out a solution of where to put the washer/dryer for we had to move it from its existing space on the first floor for the 1st stage of the renovation but weren't ready to put it where it will eventually go once the second stage of the renovation is complete. They began the project on time, finished on time and the price of the project was exactly the price we agreed upon (to the penny). We would recommend them for sure!!!”

“Wonderful experience--Mike Nadeau is a talented and creative designer and builder with a super team who are courteous, thorough and highly skilled. He is very willing to be available and visited the project site regularly, often pitching in to do some of the work himself. He uses a first rate team of associates including carpenters, structural engineers, electricians, excavators, painters and HVAC personnel and manages to coordinate their arrivals and departures like a smoothly running broadway show with no wasted time or delays. They did a major renovation including building a large add-on family room, a new kitchen, wrap-around deck, portico and repair of a substantial amount of rotted siding and trim as well as correcting the prior work of others which needed redoing. We used him gladly for subsequent projects and would do it again any time. Absolutely first rate!!!!”

“Starr Contracting did an excellent job on our patio, which included a stone fireplace and grill counter with a built-in bar. Peter understood just what we wanted, and patiently drew beautifully detailed layouts to make sure we were all on the same page with the final design. The crew was quick and talented, and the worksite was always carefully cleaned each evening. The entire process exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Starr Contracting wholeheartedly.”
