“I can't speak highly enough of this builder. My husband works in the building industry and sees the final product of many many builders. He's worked for Lindon Homes for several years and always said that when we built our new home, Lindon Homes would be the one he'd choose. After nine years, we finally knocked down the old house and started the plans and then the build. If I wasn't so happy with the house, I'd build again with Lindon Homes in a heartbeat! We found the process smooth, upfront and organised - everything you want in your build. We have time with an interior decorator. I'd spent four years clipping pages from Home Beautiful and gave them all to her! A week later, I went in and picked all the tiles, laminates, caesarstone, etc. in one go from the choices she'd selected from the photos I'd given her. Brilliant! And so easy to see all my selections in one place. The workers onsite were polite whenever I turned up with my three kids under six and baby in a sling! I can't recommend the company highly enough.”

“I have known Richard Parsons for several years and he has been involved in two of our new builds over that time. Richard is one of the most honourable people you will meet in the building industry, or in any industry for that matter. When we first used Richard we really noticed and appreciated all the extra time he took, before the project started, to ensure that the build would be delivered on time and within our budget. This really set him apart from so many of the other builders we have encountered. His attention to detail is great and because of his experience, he was always able to offer us alternative suggestions on product and finish. His worksite was well maintained and tidy and his trades were always accommodating. I would be happy to recommend Richard for any type of building project, particularly high end bespoke home where attention to detail and planning is so important to great outcomes.”

“We chose Smith and Son Renovation and Extensions Tweed Heads to repair our existing house that had extensive water problems due to initial build quality. Our first impressions of Andrew and Lynn were that they were very professional. Their office was nicely appointed and well presented and they appeared well organised and knowledgeable about the building processes and requirements. As a result we chose to move ahead with them and the renovation process began. From the very start they were well organised and kept us up to date on what was happening with the council and allowed us to choose the start date. The people working for Smith and son were amazingly polite, considerate and capable of high quality workmanship. While renovations can be tedious it wasn't this way. The workmen went out of their way to consider us and even developed a friendship with our son, who loved seeing them everyday. The project was quite a large one but we feel we got great value for money. While they are a business we didn't feel that we were a gold mine for the company and we felt that Andrew and his team were mindful of our budget. The paperwork was taken care of by Lynn who was exceptionally efficient. The end product is amazingly beautiful and no more water problems. We couldn't recommend Smith and Son Tweed Heads more vehemently and we are thankful everyday we chose them to do the work.”
