“Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. “After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. The built quality is excellent and I highly recommend My Eco Space folks (for their professionalism, skills and communication level).”

“I had Dan and his team come to give me a quote, following a recommendation from a friend. They were friendly, gave advice and were not pushy in the slightest (which is good, as any pushiness gets an immediate no from me!) The original quote was above my budget (which was more a reflection of my low budget than the quote being high), but Dan took the time to come out again, and work with me to find sensible ways to change the design to reduce the cost whilst maintaining quality and usability. On site, they were very professional, friendly and efficient. One unforeseeable issue was found under the old surface, which was rectified at minimal cost. Once half a drive is dug up, a company could theoretically use such an issue to make a few quid, but instead Dan kept the cost increase down. As for the finished product, it is excellent. I need both hands to count the neighbours and passers by who have commented on what a great job it is. Thank you Dan and the team!”

Any major building work carried out at your home is challenging and long. The decision to employ a building company is also a risk. However, from day one of meeting Jon, my husband and I agreed that this is the company we want to work with. Once the team were there, they sprang into action, we felt we were in good hands. “I met Ellie through a networking group. We arranged a coffee date to discuss my conservatory problems. To cold in winter and it had become more of a 'glory hole ' rather than a functional room. Ellie arranged for 3 quotes and we met up afterwards to discuss the best quote for me. I am delighted with the result of the building work and the support that Ellie gave throughout the project.
