“We used Tommy and his team, Fixup, on the recent refurbishment of our family home. We now have an amazing four bedroom home, with a new ensuite and perfect family ground floor living. They converted an old garage into a new kitchen and extended the back of the property to allow for a sitting room and dining area with a new downstairs loo. We also have new bedroom wardrobes they they made and fitted. Tommy was great to work with and problem solve design solutions that best suited our needs and budget. The team have a high standard and work around any problems that arise. The team had to work around us living in the space for the end of the project and kept the working areas clean and safe for our children. We also worked with an architect that the company had work with on previous projects, this relationship was one that I would recommend as they knew each other. The Fixup team had lots of patience as we had a few delays due to party wall agreements etc. We love the end result of our home and this was the result of working so closely with Tommy. We have recommended him to other friends and will continue to do so. My daughter said that "Tommy worked really hard, he is very clever, does everything right and he was very nice, they did a pretty good job" May aged 6.”

“We were recommended to Brown Construction by Woods of London in Blackheath whilst looking for our kitchen for our project. Once we had met Adam and were reassured by him that we could achieve what we wanted for our project (having been advised by other builders that we were unable to do so). We knew that Brown Construction were the best people to proceed with, they were easy to deal with and always offered good advise in all areas. Our project was managed brilliantly by James, the whole team were fabulous they left site every day and it was clean and tidy we couldn’t have been happier. “A double storey extension comprised of a large double ensuite bedroom with two pairs of French doors, each opening onto a cantilevered balcony; tiled utility area with toilet and an ensuite shower added to an existing bedroom. Roof was tiled with Kent pegs to match existing. Extension was painted, inside and out. The exterior walls and windows of the main house were also painted to match and any repairs were carried out. Pink and Black provided a bespoke service and sourced many of the unique features that complemented the new space. In addition, Pink and Black were also very patient with last minute change of plans. I decided not to move out of the house whilst the work was carried out. The friendliness and respectfulness of all the guys involved in the building processs helped to make the situation of builders in the house less invasive, in fact I missed them when they finally left.”

“Robin and his team are highly skilled and talented in all things related to wood and metal work and all things related to construction and refurbishments. They have fitted out our shop with oak shelves and cupboards and our customers are always impressed by the level of craftsmanship involved. This year they made a solid oak jewellery cabinet and metal and glass framed cabinet for the store. They have a very can do attitude and if any problems arise they are already there with a solution. If quality is what you need look no further.”
