“Excellent and Highly Recommend!!! I made the first statement short and sweet for those who don't have time to read this entire review. My renovation project began as a significant renovation to the exterior of the home, with Terry doing a significant portion of the interior work required as I expanded and updated bathrooms and upper decking of the house. The house was then impacted by one of the other contractors who failed to perform which caused damage to the home. Terry and team were on site and did everything possible to assist me to try to mitigate the issues even though it was not really their responsibility. The project then became significantly larger as we gutted about 70% of the interior of the home. Terry and team painted completed trim and finish work as well as assisted with helping me find contractors for the portions they did not do. Terry and team were great and he's a guy you can count on to get things done AND finish them properly. Thanks Terry really appreciate it.”

He carefully reviewed and followed my architectural drawings and maintained communication through the entire project. The clients were also very pleased and satisfied with his performance and the quality of his work. “I made appointment for estimate with owner, Nick for installation of gutters. I found the estimate to be very reasonably priced for the size of my home. He made sure to have someone call me when running behind schedule. I would definitely consider hiring this company”

If I was going to build another custom home, I wouldn't consider working with anyone else! Not many can say that about a contractor after going through the new home building process.”

“UV Painting and Remodeling stepped in on a bad situation where the contractor selected was not forthcoming and could not complete the work started. UV Painting and Remodeling came in assessed the situation and provided real solutions at an affordable cost. Ulysses and team came in worked with us to redesign our Master Bathroom and complete our Pool bath in less than 3 months. This included material selection, (marble and porcelain), installation of both along with building our a huge shower. The quality workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend UV Painting and Remodeling.”

“Karel Services Inc. Karel and his team custom remodeled much of our home. - New paint, light fixtures, and fans in nearly every room - Kitchen upgrades: new quartz counter tops, new appliances and fixtures, new slow close cabinet doors and shelf pull-out, new spacious pantry - Living room upgrades: new custom built-in cabinets (after taking out unused fireplace and chimney) All work was done with a minimal amount of disruption and fantastic clean-up after he was finished. Karel is professional, highly skilled, on-time, on-budget, personable and collaborative. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend Karel Services Inc. for all home renovations.”

“I hired Jim for a rather major remodel. He suggested designs, took down walls, drywalled, installed lighting, cupboards, tile.. basically did EVERYTHING. He is a perfectionist, and his work reflects this. Such a major project was quite a mess, but each day, Jim cleaned up before leaving. He consulted me at every step and made suggestions based on his years of experience. Jim was very budget conscious. His work to completely remodel my bathroom, kitchen and incorporate a bedroom into a Living/dining room gave me a house even better than I imagined. I've done remodels in previous homes and never had such a positive experience. I highly recommend Walsh Remodeling.”
