The employees provided for the work on our kitchen each worked as if THEY owned the company, and treated my house as if it were their own home in the quality of their work and in the cleanliness of the place when they went home. Five PM was not necessarily quitting time, rather they went home when whatever project they were working on was completed. The sub-contractors were also top notch. They came when they were scheduled. And when on rare the occasions they were held up on another job and were going to be late or needed to reschedule, they called to let me know. Communication is a high value for me when working with contractors. I made that known up front, and they always respected it.
