“We hired Bowmen, LLC for a small bedroom renovation. Though they often do much larger projects, they made us feel like our bathroom was a top priority. Spencer (owner), Joe and Chyrel (project managers) were very present, knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. Their subcontractors did impeccable work and left the site clean each day. I would recommend them highly for any project large or small.”

“Grimball built an elevator shaft in our town house in downtown Charleston. Really nice work, all as quoted, and done on time. Came back as need when the elevator was installed and went over the quote and took off the charges for some work that did not need to be done. Were so dependable I gave them a house key and alarm codes. They helped find the right finishes and completed the inside of the elevator compartment for us when we were out of town. Just a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them to friends.”

“Todd provided valuable information during the design portion that helped maintain our budget and a quality project. His knowledge of the local market and environment was useful as we attempted to complete this long-distance endeavor. Once financing was secured, Todd worked tirelessly with us to insure that our budget was maintained, that we received the highest quality product within that budget and that he was always able to "point us in the right direction" concerning the sub-contractors and suppliers of our project. During this time, I have observed Todd work and interact with various sub-contractors and engineers as the building is advancing. At all times he has acted in a most professional and cooperative manner. He has kept us informed as to the progress being made and has been timely about needed decisions for which he has always given us ample time. His organization and attention to detail has provided us with a level of comfort that has made the process most pleasurable.
