“We are quite pleased with the work that Jake Built LLC did for us on our new construction home. Owner, Jake Bell has been a pleasure to work with. We hired him to do all our tile work along with the stone for our fireplace. Though out our experience with him, Jake communicated Well with us and took time to listen to our desires. At times he went the extra mile in making things work, and was good with timing and problem solving. His artistry and craftsmanship is much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others!”

“After viewing their model home during the parade of homes and liking the quality of that house, we decided to pursue having Finmark Construction build a new house for us. They were very good to work with in getting the design we wanted and a floor plan that would work for us. We had very few small problems arise during construction that were corrected immediately. They were very accommodating in making some slight changes as the construction progressed and we saw some things we wanted to alter. There was an excellent line of communication through all phases of design, layout and construction. We are very happy with the finished house and should we ever decide to build again, Finmark Construction would be our first choice. I really wanted to give them five stars for the overall project, but since we moved in it has been difficult to get the little things that need attention taken care of. I know they are in the middle of a very busy season and not the least bit upset about it.”

“Denman Construction is just finishing building a house for myself and my 16 year old son. it has been the greatest, most humbling, and exciting time of our lives! I feel like a member of the family at Denman! These guys have treated me with nothing but the utmost respect from day one. The excellent quality of their workmanship is only exceeded by the incredible respect and integrity with which they treat their clients, employees, and subcontractors alike. Denman Contstruction is the kind of company everyone would want to have build their house,they are fully dedicated to your project, they listen,respect, and give 110%. I have never built a house before, but I would do it again with this company,and I would do it without ever having to go to the job site and I know it would be perfect. These guys take care of every detail, from the design on. They just totally rock! I am a single mom, with a right BKA (below the knee amputation) so I have a few special needs. I don't like to make a big deal about it,but the are a few special requirements that I have. Denman has taken that all into consideration and not even had to ask twice about things. They have been very polite and discreet, and super sweet about considering my special needs without every making me feel awkward, or uncomfortable, or even embarrassed. I am eternally grateful to be treated as an equal, a friend, and a person whose ideas and opinions matter. I cannot wait to move in to our new house!”

“This is a very high quality, skilled builder. They are easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. But what may set them apart from other builders more than any other single attribute is their incredible honesty. They will stick closely to the original bid unless YOU request changes that impact the overall cost of the project. In other words, you will have no hidden cost "surprises" once you have awarded them the bid. We still feel very fortunate to have signed that initial contract with Robert W. Ross Building Contractor because we love our house. In fact, we were so impressed with the work they did in construction of our house and shop ten years ago that we have since hired them for four additional projects - one costing approximately $60,000 and three in the $7,000 to $15,000 range.”

“I have had the pleasure of being party to (albeit sometimes a bit remotely) several projects that Ben has been involved in - some were very high end homes and some were remodel projects for a residence or business. He does wonderful work and he seems to have a knack for understanding what the homeowner desires, even when they don't really know how themselves; by asking all the right questions about their family dynamics and lifestyle. His special touches and willingness to go the extra mile help ensure the project is not only perfect, but unique and beautifully done!
