Steven Pasmen completed the following: - resized the garage door opening after the original builder built too large - corrected the staircase moulding - repaired structural beams that were separating - installed interior moulding and trim - built the beautiful fir railing on the front porch - completed the covered porch, installed windows, doors, siding etc. - installed facia board After a parade of poor contractors we contacted Steven Pasmen after searching on the Houzz website under "find a pro". This turned out to be the best experience we could have hoped for... A little late mind you as we were very close to completion but we were left with many corrections from prior trades that were required and other projects that required completion. I must say that Steven restored my faith in humans as he was a consummate profession throughout the entire process. After explaining what repairs were required and the remainder of the scope of work Steven presented a comprehensive quote as well as a time frame for completion. After providing him with the go ahead he was on the job right away. After each days work we were provided with an update along with pictures so we could review the progress. He even fixed a few deficiencies of others that he noticed. I was very impressed with the speed and the quality of his work, he clearly takes pride in his workmanship and pays attention to detail.
