“I think most people write reviews when the work is just finished or even during the process. I wanted people to know that I purchased my new home about a year ago and taking care of various issues after the sale is done is extremely important to us. Kevin and his teams not only built our home, but they are also there for us when we need them. Some of these issues were not the responsibility of KD Builders but they took the time to help us solve these problems and in one case fixed it without charging us. Beyond their impressive expertise, every member of Kevin's team is friendly and a pleasure to work with. They proficiently address the issues and are able to clearly explain the process to a layman. In short, they are skilled, knowledgeable, and they really care about their clients. We highly recommend that you if you have a project for your home that you give them a call.”

“I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. “Our kitchen looks gorgeous- we absolutely love it. The foreman, Stevo, is incredible and we recommend him to everyone who is looking for a remodel. He is detail oriented, asks great questions to help ensure that we want what we are asking for and provides excellent advice/thinks through what we really want and what the most cost efficient solution is. We trust him and his gorgeous work speaks for itself. The communication is slow before a job/to get quotes but during the job but he is 100% invested in that job and highly communicative.”

“Oz did a beautiful job on our kitchen renovation. We did not move any walls, but he removed our 1959 cabinets and appliances back to the plaster, rewired the whole kitchen, and installed new lighting, plumbing, flooring, tile backsplash, cabinets and appliances. He worked with us to help figure out where we could economize and where it was important to spend money. His pricing was completely transparent - he charges for his own labor, without marking up materials or subs. All the subcontractors and vendors he brought in were professional and pleasant and did a great job. The cabinet vendor he recommended was also very responsive to our ideas, made really useful suggestions, and it was obvious that he and Oz had a long, mutually respectful relationship. The kitchen was completed in three weeks! (It would have been two, but the granite countertop took a week or so to template and fabricate.)”
