“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“I recently had my deck completely re-built by KCT, and they did not disappoint. Right from the initial quote to the end of the job these guys did exactly what they said they would, and even upgraded some items to ensure it turned out top-notch. Kyle, Chase, and Trevor were professional, they showed up everyday, and communicated well throughout the process. They built the deck per my specifications, and were very responsive to my questions and additions that were requested mid-project. Every time they came across a decision in building, their choice was always the way that made the deck better, not quicker/easier. I truly appreciate their efforts and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again guys!”

“Jamie and his team recently completed an extensive renovation of my condo. The project included new wood flooring for the entire first floor, four different tile projects, installation of a glass railing system, custom wood wall covering as well as several small projects. The craftsmanship of everyone involved was fantastic. The attention to detail throughout the project was amazing. Jamie is very knowledgable and was a tremendous help to me as my vision of what I wanted evolved. The transformation of my space is phenomenal and I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie.”

“Brian's team was stellar start to finish. The demo of our 1950s bathroom was challenging but the crew was positive and diligent and sweated it out :) The rest of the finish crew (and subs) were friendly, prompt, collaborative, thorough and professional throughout. “We had all of our windows replaced and a new garage built. Derek replaced all of our windows and wrapped the outside of the windows, they look wonderful. Amber Valley also built a new garage for us, it was a good experience. If we had any questions or concerns it was addressed right away. After each day he followed up with us to see if we had any questions. Great job.”

“Scott Christopher, or more specifically his renovation company Surpass, did a spectacular job completely remodeling our 1946 Cape Cod lake house. Previously it had very limited views of the lake but today, with the addition of a new kitchen space and elimination of numerous walls, the lake is visible from virtually every room. While the house has clearly been modernized his cabinet makers and workmen preserved the traditional feel of our old house. In addition, we signed on with a specific finish date in mind, December 24, giving them barely 4 months to complete. Although it frequently required weekend construction, which we lived through, they were done on the 20th.”
