“We have used Adlich Renovations for several projects ranging from pulling out bushes around the house to gutting out both bathrooms to make room for a second shower. For the larger scale projects they were particularly helpful in finding a number of options at varying price points for us to consider. Because of this we never felt forced into a decision. For all of these projects it has been great working with Brandon and Alia. They consistently listen to our ideas when we have a vision and are helpful with brainstorming when needed. In developing a backyard entertainment area it was nice to see they were as excited as we were to ensure the end result was the best possible version of what we had envisioned. We appreciated their feedback and insights throughout the project. Guests that come to our house often comment on the finished results and are envious of the transformations we have made to our home with the help of Adlich Renovations. We have enjoyed our experiences and have recommended their services to several friends.”

“HomeMadons, Inc. completed a small job for me. He replaced my laundry room door which was semi-basic. They retrofitted a door that required mortising of hinges and used new hardware. The new door with frosted glass and stencil picture pops the area and really makes it stand out! He and his crew were extremely professional, on-time, and worked within my tight schedule! I would highly recommend them for any work and will be using them in the future!”

The contractor were professional and courteous, arrived each day on time, and left the site clean at the end of the day. VTB stayed on track with estimated times, and accommodated our family as we lived in the house during the addition. “I have a 60's ranch house with a small master closet. The job was a tough one because of the building materials used. Instead of trying to take down and then replicate the plaster of the old closet. Kevin Bruggard (the contractor) came up with the idea to build a "room" around the old closet. The old opening is there with 3 hanging bars. The new room has deep and long shelving on each side reaching the ceiling. New 6' sliding doors were added with molding to match the rest of the room. Instead of presenting the most expensive idea; Kevin put together a modest and creative approach that solved my storage needs and then some! Very professional, all work was on time and as expected. I would recommend Blue Ridge and Kevin in particular. Great personality and very customer oriented.”

“After being warned of the difficulties of building a home, I was prepared for a long stressful experience. I was pleasantly surprised !! Ed and Eric are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, professional, attentive and honest. Their work product is of the highest quality and the sub-contractors used were the best in the business. We loved working with them and are very happy in our new home. We were so pleased that we plan to have them finish our basement !!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Jean and Jeff of Southern Image Design Builders on a screened enclosure on my home. It wasn't just any screened enclosure - it was an A-frame design with a tower leading to a spiral staircase down to our first-floor. They were wonderful to work with -- on time, on budget, with many excellent suggestions on design features from Jean. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.”

“HRHVA was wonderful to work with. They were able to convert our shower into a beautiful roll in one with tile & glass doors. Everyone we came in contact with from HRHVA was professional & did excellent work. Rick Byers made the whole project so easy & he was there to oversee all the work. “My husband I built our home in 2016. Jon and Mandy made the home building process simple, We loved the fact that we could contact them personally with any questions that we had along the way and they responded quickly and with concern. We love our new home and are thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship. We feel that we received a much more personal home building experience with them, than we would have received with a "large builder". I would HIGHLY recommend them for any project from small a small remodel to a new build.”
