“The Rieks did a great job with a total gut and rebuild of our 1200 s.f. 3BR 2BA condo in Incline Village. They helped us from the start with a vision of a revised floor plan and also made themselves available to help us choose materials that met our design vision at a reasonable cost. They also handled all of the interaction with the condo association. The work itself was done at top quality levels despite the labor challenges in the Tahoe area and we have received many compliments from friends and family in the construction industry about the quality of the work. The punch list of follow up items was handled promptly and efficiently. The project came in near the estimated budget cost and we have been very happy with our new condo.”

“Kirby Construction built a 1130 SF garage/workshop addition to our home, and we were extremely pleased with their work, for the addition looks like it was part of our original home, that's how good a job they did. What separated Kirby Construction from others ,who gave us a bid, is that they were very "upfront and honest" in their bid proposal, in that they "clearly spelt out" all of the material and labor that we would obtain from their subs, so we knew with confidence what they would provide. In sum, Kirby Construction is "a winner" when it comes to quality construction - in that they take pride in what they build and we were very pleased with the garage/workshop addition that they built for us.”

“What a GREAT experience we had working with Bret! He was punctual, professional and the most thorough of ANY of the roofing companies we had received quotes from. While everyone else told us we needed to re-shingle the area, Bret said that our roof still had years of service to offer and only needed a simple repair as a result of the way our new air conditioner had been installed last summer. He also identified a few issues inside of our roof that no one else noticed and told us those were simple repairs. Obviously, he got our business and we could not be happier! We also learned that his talents go far beyond roofing projects and that means we can turn to him for many of the creative projects we're considering for the future. We would not hesitate to recommend him!”
