“After my Air Conditioner backed up and flooded the wood floor in 4 rooms of my house, I contacted Greg Avant of Avant & Avant Construction, Inc., to give me a quote for the much dreaded repair/remodel process. I also contacted 2 other local contractors for quotes. All three quotes were very close in price however, after much conversation with Mr. Avant, we decided to contract the job with him. We had to remove 3 rooms of wood flooring and replaced with porcelain tile, removed the dining room wall and constructed an archway between the dining room and foyer. All work was performed while we continued to live in the house. “I contracted with Martone Remodeling in the spring of 2021. The project is basically a complete kitchen remodel. One half of the double car garage has been closed in as a laundry/mud room. This allowed for the expansion of the kitchen into the existing laundry room. The washer, dryer and hot water heater has been relocated into the newly built laundry room to make this kitchen expansion possible. The kitchen remodel is all inclusive with new cabinets, countertops, floor, ceiling, and appliances. The work has included new doors and windows and a redesign on electrical and lighting. Domenico and his crew has done an outstanding job. The project is about 80% complete. They have demonstrated exceptional skill and efficiency in all remodeling skills. They are excellent at accepting and handling changes and keeping the work area clean and organized. Their impromptu design offerings and project costs are very competitive and fair.
