“We had used Bichelmeyer Renovations earlier this year to put siding on one side, fix all the wood rot, and have the entire outside of the house + the trim painted. We were very pleased with their work, so went ahead and hired them to do our kitchen remodeling last month. We had new cabinets, back splash, countertops and new doorway and baseboard trim put in, as well as removal of the "popcorn" ceiling/"knock down" texture applied. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Bichelmeyer was easy to work with and the crew did a quality job. I would highly recommend them!!”

“We spent a year searching for someone to build a large unique custom home and are lucky to have found JLS Construction. Although our home is not yet complete we could not be happier with our choice. “Kevin and his outstanding team did a full home remodel on my 1920's tudor in Westwood Hills, KS. The remodel including completely gutting and rebuilding the kitchen & 2.5 bathrooms (including all new cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and all new plumbing fixtures), full plumbing and electrical upgrade throughout the houes, scraping all popcorn ceilings, replastering certain walls (to match a textured pattern - which is tough to do!), painting all walls and ceilings, and refinishing the hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The remodel is spectacular. I highly recommend Kevin and his entire team...they are fantastic, great communicators, and true craftsmen.”

“MBD designed and remodeled TWO bathrooms to our exact liking. We contacted 4 other companies before finding MBD. Remodeling two entire bathrooms and expanding a shower in the master bath is a huge expense and a big decision and there are only great things to say about MBD. They were honest and provided various options with costs for each. The entire construction process was impressive, mainly due to the professionalism and knowledge of our Construction Superintendent, Greg, who visited the worksite constantly to ensure the high quality of work. Each time he visited the site, he met with us to ensure that we were pleased with the work, and to ask if we had any questions. Everybody at MBD has been great, and it is my pleasure to give them our recommendation, and sincere appreciation!”

“It was time to down size so we sold our 3500 sq ft home and bought a 1900 sq ft home. As you imagine it was hard not only to adjust to the smaller size but also to fit the needs of 3 teenage boys and us into a smaller home and still feel like we had are own space. We called Mike with Legacy Home Improvement and the first thing that I liked about Mike was I felt like he was understanding what I wanted and needed. Second, I didn't feel like he was just "telling me what I wanted to hear" if there was something we couldn't do he told us up front. Third, he was VERY mindful of our budget and was very good at keeping us on track. Mike and hi team added a Master Bath and Master Closet to a finished basement and a shower onto one of the 3/4 baths. Now we have 4 bedroom and 4 baths and everyone has their own space. Quick, CLEAN and extremely freindly! AWESOME job!!!!”

He gave us his cell number and we could always leave a message, which he promptly returned, or would immediately answer his phone. Mr. Woods was always respectful and kind, even when we asked about things we just didn't understand. Overall our building experience was very positive.”

“We contacted Jay at JTA Custom Homes to get estimates on three or four different repair projects (exterior stucco repair, replacement of trim on a chimney chase, replacing some windows and inside ceiling repair). Ultlimately, because we were so pleased with his work and with his vast areas of expertise, he ended up doing additional repairs that had been waiting on the "someday list". Those included removing a wall in the basement replacing some interior and exterior lights, rehanging a door to swing the opposite direction etc. There literally was no task on our list that Jay did not do with great expertise and attention to detail. Jay arrived with a trailer of tools and supplies to accomplish any task. He provided detailed estimates in advance of all work he completed, and his bookkeeping and payment schedules were handled very professionally. Unlike many contractors who leave clean-up to the homeowner, at the end of every work day, the area was left as good or better than he found it. JTA Custom Homes would be a great contact for anyone wanting to prep your house to sell as Jay knows the things (big or little) to repair and update to keep inspectors and potential buyers impressed. I would also be very confident using JTA for major gut jobs or remodels. Jay is not a part-time handyman, so expect to pay for the great quality you receive. He is a professional who brings his experience in building custom homes to every project, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.”
