Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“Two months prior to my due date with our second child, a contractor we hired to rearrange our master bedroom walked off the job. We were left with half completed drywall, wires hanging from our ceiling, and a completely destroyed carpet. Seth and SDC came in and not only fixed the sub-par job the previous contractor had done, but exceeded all of our expectations. He is professional, courteous, and absolutely saved the day. Seth and SDC also converted the stairs in our 1942 cape cod from a dangerously steep angle. The end result was perfect. He followed plans to the utmost detail, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result! We are now considering adding an addition onto our home, and will not be contacting anyone but Seth and SDC. To find someone that is not only incredibly talented at what they do, but is also professional, timely, and kind is worth its wait in gold. We cannot recommend Seth or SDC enough!”

“I had called several contractors to come out review my job and provide an estimate. Many never called back or came and didn’t follow up with a quote. Houzz sent a lead to Cody/Little Home Repair. He came out at the agreed upon time. Looked at the project and confidently stated he could do the job. He explained what he anticipated and showed me where the water was gaining entrance. He followed up with the quote exactly as promised. He explained that once they got into the wall the quote could change but didn’t think it would be significant. We agreed on price and the work began. I was throughly impressed with his team. They all worked great together. They put up barriers to keep dust to a minimum. Every evening they cleaned up. They laid down carpet protectors wherever they would be walking. Because there was damage to a weight bearing seal plate, he suggested contacting a structural engineer. We took his advice and the engineer provided additional expertise to the project. Project is finished and I am very pleased with the results.”

“Jeremy Hensley has been our contractor, advisor and the person we call for any problem, emergency or long-term need for repair, that arises in our home. Our first encounter with him three year ago is when he was the contractor for a major house project, a new driveway and terrace. His work and advice, willingness to answer each question or tackle unexpected problems was beyond our expectations and hopes. We worked with him on this project for over three months and other problems and projects that crept up on us at that time. Since then, we have called on him repeatedly and found that whatever the problem, he was right over to inspect and offer a variety of choices and options for fixing a problem. The people he has hired for us, if the job, a new roof and exterior trim painting of our home for instance, is beyond his ability do himself, have been the best in their field. There is no job too small or too big for Jeremy to handle. Also, and importantly, Jeremy is a thoughtful, considerable respectful and patient man, a pleasure to work. We have learned to rely totally on his advise, his expertize and his honesty. We trust his advise and respect his knowledge on each of the many problems, repairs, new projects we have hired him to do.”
