“The moment we met Daniel, we had confidence in his skills; which were also endorsed by our architect. The team of builders employed by Daniel were polite, hard-working, tidy, respectful and highly skilled. My wife and I have high standards on finish, and the plastering particularly was excellent. The whole extension and garage utility work was well project managed and when challenges arose (mainly around our kitchen from Wren), Daniel was calm and helpful to help resolve any issues and did a lot more to help than any other tradesman I've come across (parts did not come as planned, not DK's fault). This is my fourth house refurb and by far the best. We are so happy, and really proud of our extension. The comments by friends and family have been outstanding.”

“I recently hired Niall at Total Precision Development to complete an dormer conversion for me and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, Niall was incredibly professional and easy to work with. They were always available to answer any questions I had and kept me updated on the progress of the build. The quality of the work they did was top-notch and I was impressed with their attention to detail. I also appreciated that they were able to complete the project within my budget and provided a great price. “Fantastic company, sourced all the best products for me, at the best prices. Very clean workers, reliable and trustworthy. Would highly reccomend this company to anybody. They sent regular itemised bills, so I could keep a track of the spend, they kept to the budget and quote, apart from my added extra's. Our knock through wasn't straight forward, as were a steel framed house, but they did it with absolutely no problems. They certanely know what there doing, I had a dead line, as we were going away, then throwing a House party when we came home, and they met the deadline for me. We will definitely be using them again for our next project.”

“We used RAM for a whole house renovation, including removal of load bearing walls, new kitchen and bathroom, re-wire and new central heating and plaster work. We are thrilled with the end result. We found Robbie and Mark to be top professionals, fully knowledgable, great at communicating updates and snags, very honest and extremely patient as we changed the scope/plans multiple times through the work!! The work has been completed to a very high standard. We’d definitely recommend RAM for any project.”
