“Thank you to Goldenline remodeling team for their excellent work! I'm very satisfied with the remodel of my master bathroom and kitchen.. The outcome of the project was more than I expected. Master bathroom and custom kitchen came out stunning. They took care of everything, including design, each stage of the project was carefully managed. Project manager Guy was helpful and useful during the whole remodeling process. Professional and responsible team,great customer service, easy communication, quality work. “We have worked and collaborated with Kim and Bauer Design Group on several residential projects since 2008. Kim and her team have worked on designs ranging from a single room up to multi-million dollar whole house projects that encompassed ground up construction and specifications of finishes, furnishings and fixtures for the interiors and exteriors. It is obvious that when working with her that Kim takes pride in listening to her clients and designing to their wants and needs not to a product or style that might be in her business’ best interest. She has always been very professional in her dealings with both her clients, business partners and suppliers. Kim’s best attributes include her comprehensive understanding of the entire design and construction process, her project planning skills and working to make sure even the smallest details are covered. Kim definitely has an eye for current styles and trends and she is undoubtedly one of the top designers we have worked with in the Orange County/Inland Empire area. Kim is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her services!”

“APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”

“We have known and worked with Jose and Sandra as they helped to design and build our dream home several years ago. Besides being very talented, conscientious, dedicated, and consummate professionals, they are genuinely kind hearted, wonderful individuals. They have built numerous homes and complexes and have a solid seasoned and veteran construction crew who are also very courteous, talented, and take pride in their workmanship and building homes as if they were for their own families. Jose and Sandra are very responsive, thoughtful, honest, honor their commitments, worked very quickly, and are well versed and effective working with building agencies and the permit and approval processes. They also are very involved, onsite, and personally invested in making sure that the project is on time, on budget, and meets the owners' needs and desires. They not just build houses, but they are passionate about building unique, solid, and aesthetically beautiful homes that will be enjoyed for many generations. It has been about ten years since they completed our home and we are everyday enjoying living there tremendously, we constantly receive compliments from friends and families, and we love it. No issues or concerns about the home even after all these years.
