“I began my association with John, as project manager for my home, on August 7th 2012 with the building of my new townhouse. I found him professional, easy to work with and patient in answering questions for new construction. Each meeting about lay out of each room, choice of window placement, type of flooring, and placement of electrical outlets and etc. (as my first time building a new home) was a pleasant experience. Even after my home was completed, John still was helpful with different issues that occurred.”

“XL Outdoor Living offers superior design and craftsmanship for any project. We consulted with XL to build a sunroom on the back of our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In addition, we utilized XL Outdoor to remove our exterior stucco and re-side our entire home with beautiful James Hardie siding. “We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“Iron River was my construction company for the remodeling of my kitchen. This project included opening up a load bearing wall and closing the former entry into the kitchen and then they worked from a completely gutten kitchen to the fabulous kitchen I ended up with - the only thing that did not need to be replaced was the floor. Rick Tollerud was our project manager and I was very impressed with Rick's attention to detail and his excellent communication skills. Everyone that had a hand in our kitchen did an outstanding job and we absolutely love the finished product! I would highly recommend Iron River Construction Company and actually already have! My neighbor is now using their services as a result on her kitchen remodel!”

“our basement was total open space, only a stairway in the middle. We wanted a bathroom, pool table area, TV area, bar area and closed in storage area. In addition my husband wanted to keep his workshop, and we did not want a finished ceiling. Deichmans project manager developed a plan that covered all of our desires. I wanted black cabinets, black ceiling, fairly dark walls and black woodwork. I wanted a barn door somewhere, a fireplace and stone to be incorporated somewhere. We wanted a well defined bar area with a soffit above. The great thing about the project is that they took what we wanted and figured out a way to make everything we wanted to work out. The quality of work is excellent. They paid so much attention to finishing details. When the job was done, they did not have to come back and re-do anything, it was completely finished. WE LOVE IT”
