“When I had first seen their price compared to other bids I had received. I was a little skeptical. I was told that if I had any questions I could reach out and a week later I called to make sure that everything was going to work. I called at 9 o’clock at night, and they still answer the phone and answered all of my questions I had and I felt comfortable moving forward. it seemed like an average bathroom remodel but I received so much more and I am ever grateful that I gave this company a chance. I would recommend them to everyone and I have. I know that many of my family members have also done work with this company. You should feel safe knowing you’re getting an incredible install at honestly the best price.”

“Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. Jon helped to design and construct 2 new bathrooms for us--- and made the process incredibly easy. He went out of his way to help us find a design and products which fit within our budget. The professionals who actually did the work were trustworthy, timely, and did a beautiful job. There were some delays with certain parts of the project such awaiting for the cabinets to be painted which cannot be controlled, even with some unexpected delays and changes.. In addition, we utilized XL Outdoor to remove our exterior stucco and re-side our entire home with beautiful James Hardie siding.
