“We purchased this townhouse (before and after pictures shown) and wanted a fairly extensive renovation done, including expanding the 2 front bedrooms, building a whole new upper deck and removing the lower deck, building a ground floor entry room, renovating 2 bathrooms and enlarging one of those, adding an outdoor (enclosed) shower, new roof, new tankless propane water heater, replacing all floors with luxury vinyl tile, replacing all front windows and slider on the deck, removing all wood paneling throughout as well as all popcorn ceiling, replacing all doors, repainting entire interior and front exterior of house. Tom Stalheber is our builder and is president of OBCR. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of planning and completing an extensive renovation as ours was. We have been so impressed that we're proceeding with another addition on the upper floor extending and completely renovating the kitchen and eating area. Tom and OBCR will be doing the work, as we wouldn't consider anyone else. That's a strong a recommendation as I can give.”

“STOP!! If you are looking for a contractor this is the company. I wanted to convert a two car garage into an apartment, I knew absolutely nothing about how to do this. I acquired several estimates (as you should) and ended up choosing SLE SERVICES,INC. I have never regretted that choice for a moment. Steve the contractor is AMAZING !! He was always available for any questions I had (some crazy) no matter what and when I say I never had to wait for an answer I mean it. He is professional and kind. He always answered the phone or got back to me directly. I cannot say enough good things about this company. You will not be disappointed.”

“JB handled a major interior renovation for us - basically stripped back to sheet rock and building out from there. We could not have been more pleased with the process and result. First, JB is not only deeply experienced in all aspects of home construction, he has great taste and is very creative in finding solutions. Second, his subcontractors are first rate - there when they say they will be there and finished on time. Third, he was personally engaged in all aspects of the project, always available, always returned calls, and personally inspecting work as it progressed. Fourth, his fees are fair and billing was transparent. He helped reduce costs by suggesting options and helping with material costs. Finally and most important, the result was excellent. We are engaging him for a follow on project.”

“It is hard to put into words just how great Matt is as a contractor. He has a “can do” attitude and is not afraid to bring in many experts for consultation with difficult issues. We had a moderate size renovation for our house - new interior paint and carpet, new kitchen countertops, a fence around our pool, some mud room and kitchen built-in feature and two bathroom remodels including one requiring extensive demolition and dry-walling. Throughout the process Matt was punctual, provided regular updates, and was always willing to meet to discuss issues and progress. He has an extensive background in construction which provides a solid base for him to draw upon for home construction and renovations projects. I have referred him already to a couple of my peers who also report being impressed. The overall cost was very reasonable and we were able to work together with him to pick fixtures according to our preferences and he let us know if that was within our outside of the budget. I fully recommend Benton Construction for all your personal home needs - what are you waiting for, give him a call!”

“I've used Beach Brothers for three major projects over the last fourteen months at my house---new windows, siding, and a deck re-do. The work was excellent. I can't say enough about the quality of their workmanship and their commitment to excellence. They really take the stress out of renovations. They show up when promised, deliver what was agreed to and at the price set, they work in spite of the weather conditions, they clean up afterwards, and they do not resort to upselling the customer.
