I have done many projects with them including smaller renovations, a very large renovation and a very challenging ground up house. To each project they brought an extremely talented team of craftsmen and completed the work with the utmost integrity and professionalism. “Sami did a wonderful job on our home. We love her style so we pretty much gave her Carte Blanche to do what ever she wanted to based on our budget. She redid the floors, painted the interior and switched out our front door and some windows. She then added all sorts of fun touches like painting the exterior walkway & pool decking to make them really stand out. Put beautiful planters by the front door that really enhance the area. The extra touches were very inexpensive but made a HUGE difference to the overall appearance of the property. We are so glad we trusted our gut and just let her do her thing. She has an amazing eye and some of her suggestions were so simple like moving stuff around and rearranging certain things the end result is fabulous.”

“I found GreenStar Construction through word of mouth. I was impressed by the designs my colleague showed me with such a substantial budget on their home, so my wife and I decided to go with them. We were re-designing our kitchen. We changed countertops, sinks, backsplash and cabinets. The owner gave us phenomenal options to choose from within our budget. Jay has an eye for design which my wife really appreciated. He always answered our calls, answered all of our questions, and went up and beyond to make sure we stayed within our budget and were satisfied. Thanks Jay, my wife loves her new kitchen.”

Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. The end result was truly stunning, and I seriously doubt this could have happened had we chosen any other contractor.”

“I can't say enough GOOD things about Glenn Filshie. He is GREAT contractor and a perfectionist when it comes to his work. Additionally, when those unexpected changes or problems arise, and they always do, he is the first to offer helpful suggestions and solutions. The best part is he is VERY competitive in his pricing and has a great sense of humor. Construction is a difficult and complex business, however, Glenn makes it seem easy.”
