“I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. I might add that Matt is extremely easy going and a pleasure to work with.”

“Raven Renovation removed our old jetted tub and put in a new walk-in shower, renovated our loft area to add a new wall and entrance, and built a new closet. Nick is a complete professional, thorough, and very skilled. He communicated with us throughout, provided good advice, and listened to feedback and suggestions. The work came in on time and on budget. The final result was everything we hoped for and more. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and look forward to working with him again. “Jay, Chris and their team at Semper Fi did an extensive remodel/renovation for us prior to a move, while my wife and I were located 800 miles away from Black Mountain. Semper Fi was professional, helpful and flexible in accomodating our special situation and working in partnership with our design firm. Their communication is second-to-none, and they treat it as a point of honor to be accurate and reliable in their estimates of cost and time-to-completion of a project. We always felt like we had a good grasp on how our project was progressing, and their ability to keep a complex job on schedule and on budget was amazing. Followup at the end of the job was also really impressive--they were extremely responsive and helpful in listening to our feedback and quickly correcting anything that wasn't exactly perfect. Jay and Chris and their team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They have our highest recommendation!”

“I have worked with Julia several times, and I love working her! The way she makes color work is amazing - I never thought color would be that important! Julia seems to work magic with her designing. She worked with my kitchen design and really made it a workable kitchen! The kitchen layout was a dream for someone who loves to cook and was so much more functional that it was prior to her assistance! Exterior as well as interiors, she's truly a marvel! I would recommend her to anyone who needs any type of assistance on the inside or outside of their house!! Julia is more than 5 stars!!”

“Stewart Builders as general contractor built us a handicap ramp, replaced two windows with French doors to the deck, installed a chair rail in the dining room, poured a concrete drive way, poured a concrete floor in my studio, installed a bathroom in my studio. Stewart Builders and all the subcontractors that did work for them were friendly, efficient, helpful, honest and respectful. We were treated like neighbors rather than customers. This is the first time we have owned a home with very little knowledge about how to take care of a home in general and nothing about caring for a home in the mountains. We were given a lot of very good advice. I plan to hire Stewart Builders again for additional changes we would like to have done.”
