“Becker Home Improvement is my go to remodeler. Most recently, I remodeled most of the first floor of my home, which was an older home that had not been updated in many, many years. This was a big project, revamping the entire kitchen, removing walls, etc. It turned out just the way I wanted it - beautiful! Some specifics: First, I have been very happy with the quality of their work. Absolutely professional . Second, great communication! This is so important, and Randy does it right. He is responsive and great at working through any issues that might come up (as in an older home that might be a little crooked when you take it down to the studs!). Third, his pricing is reasonable and he has always been on budget -- and on time -- for me. Finally, his crew are all great people . Randy has done an excellent job putting together a team where each person is really good at their craft and seems to enjoy what they do. Fully recommend!”

“I had looked for a service provider to address some maintainance issues at my home but never thought of this firm since they seemed to be oriented toward larger projects. well, I was wrong. They provide all sorts of services including "handyman" sorts of work. The beauty of what they do is they bring the big project skill and professionalism to even the smallest task. Needless to say I consider them a "go to" resource for all my home projects.”

“Their slogan is "Listen, design, build" and they did a great job of that. We did a complete kitchen remodel, gutted down to the studs. All their subs were on time and knew what was expected. The only problems we had were the hidden ones that couldn't be predicted and they dealt with those very professionally and at a very reasonable cost, absorbing a significant portion of that cost. Excellent communication and follow up. Responded to our questions in a curtious manner. Started on time and finished on time with no outstanding issues. NO PUNCHLIST NEEDED!”

“Larry and his crew brought great professional knowledge and experience to the estimating, planning and completion of our total kitchen remodel. They were enjoyable to work with, reliable and willing to go above and beyond to assure we were pleased with their job. They fine tuned things such as an under cabinet light fixture cover to make it look very finely finished and also redid a corner cabinet to allow much more storage - just a couple examples of their willingness to "make things right for us."”

“We had been looking to buy an existing home and just couldn’t find what we were looking for. So, we went to the Parade of Homes and were very impressed with the houses that Classic built. Their attention to detail was unmatched. We scheduled an appointment right away. We met with Bryan, Nicole, and Brandon. All of our meetings were very thorough. They made us feel very comfortable and gave us the confidence that we could build our dream home while staying in line with our budget. Brandon was very patient with all of our design changes and time and time again he came up with unique ideas to make our vision reality. Nicole was always our first phone call and helped us every step of the way. Jenny introduced us to Brea who walked us through every selection and helped us with our decisions as needed. She didn’t miss any details. And Bryan from beginning to end was always there when we had questions and needed advise. He made sure the project stayed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. We told Bryan from the beginning that our goal at the end was to be able to tell people that we loved our builder and that we would recommend him to others. “The NJK team tore our old kitchen out to the studs and created a beautiful, functional new space for cooking and eating. We love it and would recommend Not Just Kitchens to anyone. Jeff is a superb general contractor, and every phase of our project was very well organized. He guided us toward good kitchen design and high-quality materials. He was quick to respond to our concerns and requests. He also made sure our project was completed down to the last detail. Michelle's great interior design sense helped us make good choices. Her computer wizardry enabled us to visualize our new kitchen as the project progressed. She, too, was quick to answer questions when they arose. Subcontractors were all highly skilled, punctual, and considerate. Clearly, every member of the NJK team was carefully chosen. They were all really nice people, and we are delighted to have become part of the NJK 'family.'”

“This past fall we completely gutted and remodeled our bathroom with TDS Custom Construction, and had a great experience with them throughout the entire project. We interviewed and received bids from four contractors, and while all of the bids were more or less the same, TDS was by far the most thorough in both their understanding of the project and their project delivery method. I have had on occasion less than ideal experiences with contractors given my line of work (architecture) and was in all honestly hoping for the best but bracing for the worst with this project, but TDS (project manager, lead carpenter, green energy advisor and office manager) and all of their subs were professional, considerate and willing to go the extra mile to make the project a huge success. As much as living through a remodeling project can be challenging, we are looking forward to working with TDS again.”
