We engaged the services of Indulge Renovations to create a new ensuite and WIR in an unused bedroom, a complete renovation of our main bathroom and a complete renovation of our laundry and powder room. Alan (our interior designer) was an absolute pleasure to deal with through the whole process. We had many conversations about the style and he guided us to the finished product! “Joe did an outstanding job building our new home back in 2012/13. Initially we were worried about the amount of time project management, etc. would take for the house, but Joe made it look easy. He kept us updated on progress and ensured we had plenty of time to plan for the next stage of the build. Joe has a very high standard and attention to detail, and ensured that everything was completed to an excellent level. We have now been in the house for 7 years and are still very happy with the build quality.”

“Other than the normal hiccups associated with a renovation I couldn't fault this business. We needed more room for our growing family but didn't want to leave our current home. We added 2 modules to our Victorian semi detached home and couldn't be happier. We have ticked the environmental boxes as this company has an exceptional rating for this. The work was done quickly compared to a traditional renovation too. The job went over budget by 10% which from what I hear is about normal! Even though it was a quick job there were a couple of deadlines that were missed but eventually, we were very pleased with the final result. We were out of our home for just over 3 months.”

“Main Brief - Repair and restoration of an old bathroom/laundry which included the installation of a shower and to replace the vanity, toilet, shaving cabinet, laundry trough, wall and floor tiles. Replumbing where necessary, resurfacing the bath, repair existing floor in preparation for tiles. Replacing ceiling heating/exhaust fan, window glass with opaque. Match and replace broken glass in back porch, repair wall and lay vinyl flooring in studio. Paint interior and exterior of house, replace venetian blinds, new window locks and flywire screens. Remove old gas heater and replace with a reverse cycle air conditioner. Sand and polish floorboards throughout.”

His staff were meticulous in their work and kept my husband and I up to date on how the job was tracking. The house was always kept clean and tidied at the end of every day. The new design of our Bathroom and Ensuite were amazing and the final product looked exactly like the 3D drawings by the design girls!
