“Dave Olah built my home in 1998 that I still live in. We are very happy with the quality of the home and the way it has held up. In 2013 he did a total remodel, down to the studs, on a home I purchased to flip that caught fire. He made the home look like new and I was able to sell it for a profit. His work is excellent!”

“Riemco built our lake home. They were exceptionally professional, knowledgable and timely. Their attention to detail and focus on pleasing the customer was a plus for house. Our house is beautiful, and the envy of many of our neighbors. We are so pleases with the quality of our home from the ground up. He even helped us sell our previous home by enlisting a realtor he works with. He provided bank names and contacts to provide financing for the construction loan. It took all the worry out of it and made our dream home a reality.”

“This company was helpful from start to finish. Very knowledgeable but willing to try a new flooring product in a new way. Job looks fantastic and was finished in a timely manner, and of course was brought in under budget which is always wonderful. Mr Kelly, Linda, Clarence, Paul and James were all especially helpful. This was a two part job remodel the kitchen and repair and upgrading of basement damaged in 2014 flooding my area endured.”

“JMJ just completed an ipe deck for us, and from start to finish it was a very positive experience. After several bad experiences with unreliable contractors and construction people, it has been wonderful to work with JMJ! Josiah and his team started this project on schedule, worked consistently, and finished right on schedule and on budget. They worked through difficult weather conditions in good spirits, were pleasant and reliable. And our deck is beautiful! It's a fairly simple design, but well constructed and exactly what we wanted. The ipe wood is not the easiest to work with, but JMJ were experienced and knew what to expect. We are completely pleased with the product and won't hesitate to hire JMJ again.”

I highly recommend Paul for any job, but particularly those jobs where you don't know exactly what you want to do but that you want to do something. He will help you conceptualize the project and do the work himself.”

“We are incredibly pleased with our experience working with Rochman Design-Build. They are very attentive to detail and listened to us as we described our needs and expectations for the project. The new work is seamless with the original home. They reused as much of the old trim and materials as possible and designed the addition so the house does not seem at all disjointed or added-on. Rochman's approach is to not make the client feel the stress or frustration when challenges arise. We really appreciated that. They cleaned up every night and kept the dust to a minimum throughout the whole project. They also made every accommodation to make it manageable for us to live in the house while the work was being done. In the end, the renovated kitchen and mudroom are beautiful and functional and we are quite happy.”
