“I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home.
