“Chris from Velusina was patient with me and my requests. He worked with my idea's for what the kitchen would look like and added his own touches that I didn't realize wouldn't work. The Velusina crew were always on time and professional. Right now I'm just saving up so that I can get Velusina back to work on the rest of my home because the rest of the house looks incomplete. Thanks Chris for everything, can't wait to see what else you can do.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“We recently hired Universal House improvement in September to renovate our kitchen, laundry room and updating our fireplace. He was a very pleasant, professional and nice person to have in our home. He was always punctual, efficient and worked quickly to complete our project. He delivered on his promises, finished in a timely manner and leaving everything neat and tidy when he left every day. We would definitely hire this company again. His work is beautiful.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“I have used Bespoke over several years starting with small projects which lead to larger ones such as a basement and kitchen reno. Andrew has great background knowledge, good contacts and a hardworking crew. He reacted quickly to an emergency flood in our basement while we were out of town which prevented further damage. He is easy to reach for any questions or concerns. A bonus is that his wife is in design so he understands that part of a project as well.”

“My small basement was in desperate need of renovation. Honestly, it was gross and I dreaded even going walking through it (to get to the backyard). Although small, it was made into a basement apartment with small kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. I wanted to renovate by removing the kitchen & shower & creating a rec room with a space to exercise. Didn’t seem like a big deal and a simple job. I contacted a few reno companies however, they either wouldn’t accept the job because it was too small or were overpriced. A colleague mentioned Simpson Built Flooring Solutions and the great work Colin did on their flooring. So decided to contact & meet Colin. After the meeting, it was clear that I would trust my gross basement/reno job to Colin. From estimate through to completion, Colin kept me informed of each step, updated costs (if we agreed to it), provided options and worked hard to complete the project on time. Colin did a great job! I’m extremely happy with my rec room & do not ‘dread’ going down there. It’s comfortable & I’m confident in the quality of work Colin did. I still get complaints from everyone about the transformation. If I have another job, I will contact Colin first. Highly recommend Simpson Built Flooring Solutions & Colin!”

“We were looking for a contractor for my house in north York ON and I got a recommendation from a friend of mine who hired meraki home services before and they were very satisfied. But I was not sure so I kept looking for others but I encountered this company from on line as well. So I thought we are meant be and hired. Jumping to conclusion we are very happy with his work through out my entire house. We spent like almost 150 k and I love his quality work. He was honest and very proud of his work. We did a long opening removing structural wall in kitchen and his architectural study background got us a lot of knowledge of load bearing walls. We did proper renovation. I strongly recommend this company meraki home services. Enoch Kim is the one of the best guy in Toronto contractors”

“Recently we had our bathroom renovations. It included removal of a tub and replace it with walk in glass standing enclosed shower. Also replaced the vanity counter top with a new sink and fixture which was custom made by them. My first contact was Simrat, she was very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. She understood all my requirements and met my needs. The whole process was very stress free and completed when expected. I would like to acknowledge Simrat and Ron who were responsible for the renovation from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and extremely hard working. I didn't need to pick the bathroom light fixtures and faucets myself as their taste is very elegant and affordable. Every detail was took care of. Thank you Simrat and Ron, I am very impressed and pleased with the results and would certainly use Mallard Homes INC. in the future. Already hired them for my ensuite bathroom renovation and kitchen. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”
