“Schulz Construction with Abe at the helm does amazing things! My husband and I purchased a home in a wonderful location but the home's original builder cut corners and left many challenges. Abe had great vision and insight on how we could mitigate existing problems and create the home we were hoping for. He knew how to maximize space, create more light and access by changing windows, walls and door placement. He is a perfectionist and suggests ways to create better design, and install personalized touches. I had my heart set on a difficult design element, (which multiple glass experts said couldn't be done) Abe worked through it with me to source someone who was willing to take on the glass project and ensured I got what I was hoping for. It was time intensive for him, but he was willing. Abe has a great relationship with suppliers who helped me choose various design elements to create beautiful finishes for my space. He spent a great deal of time with me on every detail to ensure our project was perfect. Abe is a craftsman and we feel lucky he took our project on.”

“After considerable research, we hired Confluence Construction for a very large remodel to our house that included adding a second floor and converting our first floor into an open floor plan. Not only was Joe exceptionally patient, but he was highly skilled in coordinating with our architect and relating to his subcontractors. Everyone we spoke with - from former clients to architects to subcontractors -- all spoke highly of Joe's personal and professional skills. We would highly and without reservation recommend Joe.”

“RMR did 2 projects for us on our home in Seeley Lake. The first project involved putting 2 deck cover extensions on each end of the deck cover. It involved tying into the existing metal roof, tying into the existing enclosed underside of the deck cover Pouring concrete deck pylons and reinforcing the Trex deck and matching the color. They did a remarkable,professionaljob.Theycompleted the job at the agreed upon price.”

“I recommend Mast and Co. as both designers and builders. I benefitted from their experience, pragmatism, ingenuity, professional network, and good reputation in the community (can't fake or purchase that). While I didn't always like the costs and numbers, they were always real, and I had the chance to reshape the direction of the project in order to stay on budget. The entire project felt collaborative, and as if we shared the same goals. No hesitation in saying I would work with them again; their dry sense of humor is an added plus.”

“Will Gaddy is a pleasure to work with. He was mindful of our project, timely and efficient, checked in on progress regularly, and approached our entire project with both professionalism and the attention you'd get from a good friend. He was kind and patient with a number of our requests (ie, we did our own painting, hired a different finish carpenter, and we stuck our noses into the process a lot). He was never openly bothered by our involvement or condescending. I'd hire him again in an instant and recommend him without reservation. His crew was great to work with also!”
