“Removal of plaster ceiling that had fallen as well as installation of new sheetrock ceiling with new light fixtures. They were careful to protect existing construction and repaired a part of the ceiling found to be rotten. All was completed in a timely manor.”

“Jay, Chris and their team at Semper Fi did an extensive remodel/renovation for us prior to a move, while my wife and I were located 800 miles away from Black Mountain. Semper Fi was professional, helpful and flexible in accomodating our special situation and working in partnership with our design firm. Their communication is second-to-none, and they treat it as a point of honor to be accurate and reliable in their estimates of cost and time-to-completion of a project. We always felt like we had a good grasp on how our project was progressing, and their ability to keep a complex job on schedule and on budget was amazing. Followup at the end of the job was also really impressive--they were extremely responsive and helpful in listening to our feedback and quickly correcting anything that wasn't exactly perfect. Jay and Chris and their team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They have our highest recommendation!”

“I have only one word to describe the remodeling work of Ron Brown "The Finisher"- Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous!!! After suffering some significant damage to my Beach house in NJ after Hurricane Sandy, I turned to Ron for help. He had come highly recommended by a neighbor, and this was one recommendation i'll be eternally grateful for. Ron is NOT your typical general Contractor who is a "Jack of all trades but Master of none"! Ron is truly a "Jack of all trades & Master of all"! Although very modest, Ron is a true craftsman who has capabilities, and most importantly, expertise in all aspects of remodeling including cabinet making, woodworking, siding & roofing, electrical, drywall, framing, insulation, masonry, tiling, etc. What's most impressive is his ability to offer and find great and reasonable solutions to difficult remodeling projects. He is both transparent, honest, and provides frequent follow-up and status throughout the project. His attention to detail as well as all the "extra" effort he puts into his work showcases itself. Ron first and foremost treats your house and project as if it were his own. And you can't beat the prices! My remodeling is now complete and my home looks better now then when it was first built!!! “Over the last four years Technically Aesthetic has done a custom bathroom, tiled another shower as well as installed vinyl siding on a dormer and a small plumbing project. The work is always done well and at a reasonable price. Tyrone is always professional and I am very comfortable with him being in my home while my wife and I are away during the day.
