So, naturally we worked with O'Meara on the project that Studio China Architecture + Design planned and the project was a success. Rob worked methodically through the process and ultimately the space came together exactly as we had envisioned. “We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. “I had my kitchen redone. Everything from installing a new center island with a gas range and wall oven unit to a new backsplash with under cabinet lighting and high end tile flooring. Joe and his crew exceeded our expectations many times over. Joe gave us a very detailed and precise estimate along with making us aware of all the possible design options as well as product options. Along the way he would also explain us things wherever needed with online videos, pictures and sometimes based from his experience. He spent significant amount of time to make sure we understood all the project details and were absolutely happy with the options we had selected. Once the project begun, there was no looking back. Him and his crew were absolute professionals. Very punctual with their schedule, very precise with their work with great quality and no surprises on the way. They finished the project before schedule and within budget with superb quality. Joe was always available over the phone and in person whenever needed for questions regarding the project. I wouldn't have asked for anything any different.”

“Rick (owner) went above and beyond. He was in charge of rebuilding the front of my house After my oil tank fiasco. He kept a tight timeframe AND would do mid project quality walk throughs To make sure everything was to my liking. He even found and corrected stuff I didn’t even see. I will without a doubt use him again if and when the need arises. Thanks Rick we did it!”

“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. “We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Stellar Home Services did an amazing remodel of my master bedroom! They tore out the wall to wall carpet and replaced it with beautiful new wood flooring. They then gave fresh paint on the ceiling, walls, and trim to give everything an updated look. New window treatments completed the renovation. I was more than pleased and overjoyed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism of Chris and his crew. Dealing with Chris from start to finish was a wonderful experience. He was there anytime to answer any concerns I had. I was extremely pleased with the final outcome. It surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend Stellar Home Services for any project you might have. They are hardworking and dedicated to doing a top notch job!!”

The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling.
