“My wife and I hired Metro to fully remodel a 1960's home that needed completely redone. We had a wonderful experience working with Metro. This was a very extensive remodel, moving walls, replacing electrical and plumbing, all new flooring, basically a new home in the shell of an old home. We really enjoyed the entire process and are extremely happy with our home. Alan and his crew are very professional, they know their business, and were enjoyable to work with.”

“From the initial estimate, HB were right on target, even thought my allstate ins bringed another inspector, only to confirm the poor shape of my wind damage roof, HB responded and replaced my roof promptly and with highly professionalism, I will hire HB again and will strongly recommend them to my neighbors and friends. “Dennis did the design drawings for our complete condo renovation. He was very easy to work with, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that we felt free to use or not use. He did what we wanted him to do. Once the drawings were initially complete, changes that we wanted after talking with our contractor were completed in a timely manner. Dennis' cost was very reasonable and affordable. We highly recommend Dennis to anyone needing to have design work done.”

“Love this company!! Always responsive no matter what size the job. Project just finished : Remove wallpaper border, remove mirror and repaint bathroom, hang new mirrors. Wonderful job. Finished in 1 day. No mess. Even came back to hang the mirrors because they had not arrived on time. Definitely recommend using SORC”

“I contacted legacy because I had a ceiling beam in my daughter's room that was sagging with a 6 inch gap. Mr Wilson was very prompt to deliver me a very reasonable estimate that was within our budget. He had the issue repaired within 24 hours. He was very concerned about the safety of my children playing with the sagging beam that could break at any moment. He found that the original home builder did not use proper installation methods. I will always use Legacy for my building needs. Great quality and truly cares about customers, especially children.”
