“Kevin Jones Builders helped my husband and I build our dream home. Kevin really listened to our wish list and created plans that were beyond our imagination. He built us a 3400 sq ft Focus on Energy certified home - our utility bills are close to what we were paying for our first house which was a little over 1000 sq ft. “I would highly recommend Rigsby Group, Inc. They remodeled our kitchen dinette area and did an excellent job. At the start of our project, owner, Tim Rigsby gave us a very detailed outline of projected costs and deadlines. While the project was in progress, we received weekly emails updating us on the work that would be completed along with the specific days and times workers would be at our home. Tim made regular visits to the job site to make sure the work was being completed accurately and on time. Everyone was professional and courteous. Our experience was very positive. The job was completed on schedule and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We love our new kitchen! Joe and Carrie H.”

We've been very pleased with the quality of the windows and doors we purchased from Callen, and as soon as we can afford to do so, we will contract with Callen once again to replace the remaining windows in our home.”

“We had a whole house interior remodel. We had a beautiful 1884 house in a great location but it had been converted to apartments and had a lot of original wiring and plumbing. We wanted to convert it back to a great lake house. The architect helped us design a great new floor plan that maximized the home's assets and included some unique special features that we wanted. They reinforced floors, walls and windows and replaced wiring, plumbing and woodwork. They essentially built a new interior that was stunning and yet maintained the style of the house. They also renovated an enclosed porch and an exterior porch that allowed us to make the most of the lake view. Bartelt started on time and stayed very close to the promised timeline. Weekly construction meetings were very helpful for keeping communication flowing and answering questions. The project manager and office manager were very responsive and helpful. The rough carpenters were fantastic - doing a great job and cleaning up every night. We had some additional costs because we decided to improve certain items as we uncovered hidden problems. Bartelt always did a good job of explaining our options. Their finish carpenter was a magician with the way that he installed the millwork and customized so many areas. The designer helped with suggestions for finishing touches that met our style preferences but also worked well with the style of the house. The overall experience was so much less stressful than we expected and actually very enjoyable. The entire staff was very professional and fun to work with. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.”

“I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!”
