“We would highly recommend Pillar Homes to build or remodel a home. We had our home built by Pillar Homes in 2011, and have been satisfied on all accounts- from the design process, to the build, and follow-up once we moved in. We were able to express our ideas and visions, and Pillar helped us shape them into reality. They listened carefully to our needs, but still allowed us to direct the creative process. A healthy home and environmentally responsible build were also high priorities, and a big reason we chose Pillar Homes and KC Chermak. The experience was fluid and surprisingly lacking in stress. In addition, we built our home while living in another state, and the Pillar team made it all work.”

“I had Changes Images Design, add new windows throughout my home. Also framed in the laundry room, added a water softener. Upgraded the kitchen by installing new countertops, sink and faucet. Also had plumbing and electrical work completed, and installed a new roof on my deck. I am very happy with the results of the job. Tammy is very professional and made sure we worked together to achieve the goals that I have. Tammy provided her knowledge of interior design to help me chose colors and design of the laundry and the kitchen. I heartily recommend Tammy as it was a great experience and am thrilled with the results.”

“My husband and I have worked with Samantha Grose for the past 1-1/2 years during a whole house remodel plus addition. We both highly recommend her as someone who is very responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable in many areas and just an absolute gem to work with.
