“We have done several remodeling projects over the years and have worked with other builders that I would not recommend. I am pleased to say however that I would highly recommend Bayer Builders to anyone for their construction needs. Bayer remodeled our master bathroom several years ago, and our experience working with them was absolutely wonderful. If they had any questions on the work that was being done, they always asked. There were no surprises. The work was always done in a professional, workmanlike manner. The job stayed on schedule, on budget, and most importantly I never had to worry about coming home and finding something wrong. I wish I could say the same about some of the other building / remodeling projects we have done in the past. Bayer Builders deserve all the accolades on their website and more. In fact, what prompted me to write this review was the fact that regardless of the time that had elapsed since remodeling our bathroom, Bayer Builders came right out and took care of a loose faucet handle I discovered several years after they finished the project. It is a true testament to their integrity that they would come out several years after our bathroom was finished to take care of something. “Burnett Builders built a composite 2 level 500sq ft. Deck with 4 ft stairs and metal railing for us in June of 2015. They were able & willing to adjust our original design idea to fit the slope in our yard, to include a custom bench and to design our steps to be more ability friendly & safe. The entire process was easy for us after picking the color of the materials; as they took care of all plans, permits & ordering and delivery of materials. They were careful to check with us as design decisions had to be made during the building process. We received a complete accounting of all expenses. We would recommend this excellent firm to everyone.”
