“Amin went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and samples. Had bathroom, hall, kitchen & dining room floor finished in ceramic wood grain tile. Also, had both bathroom toilets replaced. Amin and his employees were very professional and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them for future work.”

“We were very fortunate to find PCM builders for our full home custom renovation. Their work was the highest quality and exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure working with the owners, Micah and Lana. They were very hands on, overseeing every detail of the work and we appreciated the constant communication and responsiveness throughout the project. They really went above and beyond. For example, when our cabinet company did not have a range hood that met our standards, they built a beautiful custom hood that is the focal point of our kitchen. We could not be happier with our home and highly recommend.”

“First class operator. Our modest 1000 square foot rental home in Florida suffered water damage and the exterior of the home was in general disrepair. Kurt Johnson identified the problems as well as discovering that the homes exterior was originally stucco and not the cheap vinyl siding that was on it when we bought it. Kurt stripped down the exterior, made all the necessary repairs and modifications, and restored the home to a thing of beauty. We know of Kurt's experience in building upper scale homes and know this was a small job in comparison. However, Kurt showed his character and integrity as a builder by treating our job with as much importance as any other. Kurt went above and beyond and turned this rental into a home that we are proud to call our own and now use on a regular basis. As a sign contractor I am very hard to please and I have to say Kurt's work truly impressed me. The work, the attention to detail, and the fairness displayed by Great Oaks GC in my opinion makes them one of the top builders in the state. Thanks Kurt.”

“First of all, the guys always showed up when they were supposed to! And on time! (And even if they were a little late, they called and told me they were going to be "10 minutes late." ) So excellent communication with customer. Good quality work. Finished on time and on budget. Karel and his team custom remodeled much of our home. - New paint, light fixtures, and fans in nearly every room - Kitchen upgrades: new quartz counter tops, new appliances and fixtures, new slow close cabinet doors and shelf pull-out, new spacious pantry - Living room upgrades: new custom built-in cabinets (after taking out unused fireplace and chimney) All work was done with a minimal amount of disruption and fantastic clean-up after he was finished. Karel is professional, highly skilled, on-time, on-budget, personable and collaborative. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend Karel Services Inc. for all home renovations.”
