Mike's expert building skills transformed this home from ordinary to extraordinary! We work with very high end finishes and materials, and Mike was the perfect fit for the installation and construction. Mike is always thinking ahead, and provides great input to our designs from a construction standpoint. He is very dependable, always adhering to schedule and budget, completing his excellent work, on time and under budget that is! Since completing this complete redo of a master suite, powder room and master bathroom, Mike and I have collaborated on several other projects for my clients. He is my go-to resource for remodeling. “I would like to highly recommend Alpha Smart Builders and specially Deliandro Cruz, We work with Deliandro for the last 5 years, first he helped us renovate our house, few years later build a new kitchen and turn our "old" house to a modern amazing place. He is very reliable, professional and a person you can count on for the long run. He will always be available and creative and try to solve and suggest price appropriate options that can fit your budget.
